We loved superior and perfect location of this place.
Got a savoury breakfast included. Location: the hotel was short walk to the center of San Juan del Sur, San Juan del Sur and a hill overlooking the harbor town.

My bungalow with a bed surrounded in all other walls by bathroom sink and music was well-equipped. The location was magnificent and marvellous, near the centre of San Juan del Sur, the beach and a hill overlooking the harbor town. It also was in a safe area.

I had a very relaxing experience during my 3-night stay. We booked a king room, which was so comfortable. the breakfast was savory and tasty, with a wonderful variety of options! the location couldn't be better—close to the beach, the center of San Juan del Sur, and the main streets. Plus, there was Niagara Sub Shoppe nearby for a quick bite to eat.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a pleasant temperature. The location was ideal, close enough to walk to town but far enough away to avoid noise. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Food for breakfast could be improved with more options.

Great location with beautiful views and a convenient distance from the main area. The swimming pool was lovely and the staff were friendly.
There was extensive construction going on during our stay, causing constant noise from early morning until evening. The room we were given was right next to the construction site, even though other rooms were available.

The hotel is located on top of the city with a great view. The pool area is relaxing, and the terrace is a nice place to relax. Some rooms are spacious and comfortable, equipped with a filter.
Some guests had issues with theft, bad communication with staff and poor value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spot on the hill! the view was incredible, and the facilities were excellent. the pool was amazing, and we enjoyed the outdoor breakfast every morning. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Eduardo who spoke perfect English and assisted us with our bookings. We also loved that there were free yoga classes available with the manager, and the mini-fridge in our room was a nice bonus for keeping our drinks cold. Cons: Nothing to mention.

the view from the beach and the town was absolutely breathtaking. the shared kitchen and common space were spacious and equipped with new appliances. Even when the rooms were full, there was still plenty of space for everyone. We also enjoyed the convenience of room service from the main kitchen at the sister hostel. the location was perfect, within walking distance to town but away from the noise. the Mariposa room was spacious and surprisingly cool, even without air conditioning. the gardens and views around the property were picturesque, with fresh herbs planted all around. the common area, including the kitchen, living room, and pool area, was a great place to relax.
Hard to think of anything! 🤔.

I had an amazing stay over New Year's at this lovely hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk from town and with stunning views. The swimming pool was a great bonus and provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options each day. it was a fantastic experience.
There were a couple of minor issues during my stay. One was the noise due to ongoing construction, which could be a bit bothersome during the day.
